Welcome back everybody! To Let's Play Slime Rancher - gameplay, part 2! After previous episode of Slime rancher I did a bit of upgrades to my ranch. I had to make a Coop since the chickens start to ran all over the place. That was annoying, one of them got stuck under the wooden stairs and I have no idea how to take him out of there… After setting the basics of our little Slime ranch, I think its time to make some more advance upgrades. Auto Feeder and Plort Collector for start. Thos things will be very helpful, Slime rancher is a game about caring for Your slimes. Thanks to Auto Feeder and Plort Collector I won’t have to worry about feeding my slimes at the right time, or worry about Plort. Thos upgrades aren’t that expensive, yes at the start of Slime rancher they may be a problem but later on as the game progresses getting around 1000 newcredis in Slime rancher is one walk in to wilderness and I do more than 1 in each Slime rancher part. Also since the last episode I have found out that the diet of slimes actually matters! Slimes not only have a specific taste for fruits or meat. But also they have their own favorit food! For Example a rock Slime loves Heart Beets! If You feed a slime with his favorite food and as a good Slime rancher You should. Then the slime will give not one but two plorts! I didn’t found the favorite food for Pink slimes yet but Taby slimes love Stone Hens! Soo I will have to change the entire Coop population in to stone hens in order to feed them. I found out so far in Slime rancher the best layout for a ranch is to place a corral next to a food source so that I won’t have to run too much around in order to feed my slimes. That means in Slime Rancher I want to keep Garden with Heart Beets next to rock slime corral With a Auto Feeder I want to have a Coop with Stone Hens next to Taby slimes corral – along with air nets so none of them will escape, Taby slimes when hungry… Well most of the slimes when hungry in Slime rancher will try to jump out of there Corrals to find food. So we need to keep each Corral supplied with there favorite food. Problem goes with the Pink Slimes so for now I will just keep feeding them with the pogo fruits. After getting things done on the ranche I will have more time to explore the wonderful world of Slime Rancher, for start lets play with Pink Gordo! He is BIG! Can’t move him around cant suck him in to my vacuum I can feed them though. So Why not ? I think this is a type of Quest in Slime rancher. We will feed Godo with carrots I have laying around on my ranch and some pogo Fruits and see what will happen. While I was running around I also caught some phosphor slime, But I can’t put them just in the open, frist of because of they will vanish if sun rays reach them and also they can fly. So we need to make a more advance Corral in Slime rancher a one with a Air net and solar Shields so that the poor phosphor slimes will remain happy. Still would have to look for there favorite food. After feeding Gordo the right amount of food he drop a Slime Key… What Is the slime key needed for in Slime rancher ?
