I collect the star Vanish Cap Under the Moat using 0 A presses.

I want to point out that to collect this star with 0 A presses, Mario must enter the course with the vanish cap switch ALREADY having been pressed. Thus, the scenario used in this video is an unusual one, which would never occur in an actual run. In other words, since it takes an A press to step on the switch, Mario cannot collect this star in 0 A presses on his first go. Only on a later go, after the switch has already been pressed, is this method possible. So to do this in 0 A presses, Mario must have spent an A press to press the switch at some point in the past.
