This mod is called Smash Remix and it's made by a community of hackers working together.

The leader of this group project is "JS" the rest of the creators are listed below. So far this mod adds Dr. Mario, Falco, Young Link & Ganon into the game. This mod Also adds the custom stages Ganon's Tower, Corneria City, Deku Tree, Pokemon Stadium 2, Skyloft, Smashville, Warioware Inc., Dr. Mario, First Destination and many more. The reason for so many stages being added is because smash remix merged with SSBMSE. There are more character's and stages planned to come in the future.

Doctor Mario Patch Notes

The Doctor is in this new patch for Smash Remix. He has slower ground speed and quicker aerial speed,
combined with a generally slower, but more powerful moveset. He's packing his pills and has a
super jump that functions entirely different from Mario's. With this patch, Smash Remix has
officially combined with Comjay's More Stages Edition. All of MSE's stages have been added,
in addition to new Smash Remix Stages, Deku Tree, First Destination, and Doctor Mario. All stages
can be accessed thanks to a new stage select design which allows you to flip pages by pressing Z/R.
