This might just be me, but I feel like the visuals here are busy to the point of distraction, and while the palette and background don't imply ice, I'm not even sure this level needs ice physics anyway. It uses things like climbing nets, spin-jumping on turn blocks, and falling platforms, where slipping on the floor doesn't really factor into your progress. When you are slipping around, you have to worry about stuff like spike ceilings and bullet bill shooters in irritating locations, which makes the flow feel awkward to me. The theme also feels kind of incoherent because the stage goes through so many different obstacle types within a short distance, and ends somewhat quickly.

As an aside, I'm not sure a parachute enemy generator is a good idea when you have to scour the top of the screen for secrets.
