If you snore, it’s never been easier to find an anti-snoring device that’ll put a stop to the problem. From mandibular advancement devices and chin straps to anti-snoring pillows and more, one of the biggest struggles often lies in deciding which product to choose.

My sleep partner has obstructive sleep apnea, and we recently tried out several of the most popular products on the market. Today, we’re going to break down SnoreRX vs ZQuiet. Both are MADs that are comparable in functionality. While there’s no way to recommend one over the other since everyone has unique needs, over the course of the next eight minutes, we’ll walk you through the various features to help determine which would work best for you.

Male vs. Female Snorers

Generally speaking, males have larger jaws than females. Understanding this, there is a difference in the way you can expect these products to fit. ZQuiet is smaller than SnoreRX. Even though they provide two products when you order, one larger than the other, my sleep partner had a hard time getting either one to stay in his mouth.

I tried wearing both the ZQuiet and SnoreRX mouthpieces, and I was barely able to keep my mouth shut with the latter. As you watch the video, you can see for yourself the difference in the fit between these two products on both a male and female user.

Do You Rely on Mouth Breathing?

If you rely on mouth breathing, ZQuiet offers a unique feature in that its Living Hinge Technology allows you to open and close your mouth freely. Mouth breathing is no problem at all. However, in our case, this ability made it easy for the already-small device to slip out of my sleep partner’s mouth. If you are a female snorer who also relies on mouth breathing, I think you’ll find ZQuiet to be an excellent fit for your specific needs.

There are so many aspects to consider as you compare SnoreRX vs ZQuiet. Join us as we break them down and look at:

Durability expectations
Cost
Customization
Overall comfort and functionality
And much more!
