Let’s face it. If you snore, it’s probably not something you like to talk about. However, like every uncomfortable thing in life, you have to confront it to come to a resolution. The good news is that you no longer have to schedule a doctor’s appointment and wait months to finally fill a prescription for a device that may or may not work. There are a variety of products on the market that can prove effective at putting a stop to snoring.

We recently tried out the SnoreTek anti-snoring chin strap, and I think this is a great product to try if you have mild snoring or notice that you tend to snore with your mouth open. This can be evidenced by waking up to drooling and/or dry mouth. Furthermore, if you’re on a budget, I think this could be a great place to start on your quest to put a stop to snoring.

Form-Fitting, Elastic Materials

If you don’t like the idea of wearing something in your mouth that’s going to make sleeping uncomfortable, mouthpieces may be a little invasive. I think you’ll enjoy that SnoreTek is made from highly-elastic neoprene material. We found it to be among the most comfortable anti-snoring devices we’ve tried so far.

Everyone has a unique head shape, and SnoreTek takes this into consideration with the use of Velcro. It’s easy to fit the product on any sized head. During the course of this video, we’ll show you how it fits both me and my sleep partner as we have very different head sizes.

Great Supplement for Mouthpiece Users

Some people, especially those who snore with their mouths closed, tend to experience better results with anti-snoring mouthpieces. This is the case for my sleep partner who suffers from obstructive sleep apnea. However, a problem we’ve run across with many products is that they slip out of the mouth during a typical eight-hour sleep cycle. When used in conjunction with the SnoreTek chin strap, this didn’t happen. For the minimal cost, I think this product is a great supplemental mouthpiece purchase.
