This method was recently patched, and no longer gives as much money. It is still the best event to level up though.

Keep in mind you should already be a high enough level to have the more expensive vehicles unlocked, otherwise this kind of money is useless. However, this event also serves as the best way to level up quickly too, so whether you need money for cars or you need to level up to unlock the best cars, you should be doing this event!

All in all, the Fortuna Pursuit event serves as the number one way to progress in this game.
