7Quick announcement. As of the time I am typing this, I live in a very rural area which until recently did not offer reliable internet. For the past three years, I've had a download speed of 1.1 MB/s at best with an average of about 0.6 MB/s, and a much slower upload speed. Because of this, I've not been able to upload high-quality videos, nor any videos consistently. Recently, better internet has been made available so I am happy to say that I may be able to continue the channel properly. I'm thinking of doing a playthrough of Brütal Legend in commemoration but I'm not entirely sure yet. I've been tempted to dive into streaming as opposed to recording. Time will tell!
I played with a Maverick main who popped off using iron sights yesterday. I thought it was crazy until I gave it a shot myself, shit's actually pretty accurate as far as iron sights go. It feels more accurate somehow, possibly due to the recoil being less noticeable without a sight equipped. This allows you to run an angled grip without the stress of vertical recoil hindering your performance. A flash hider also helps with that. The muzzle break may be better but I personally prefer not being blind. If you're someone who isn't a fan of modern optics then I definitely recommend the M4. Keep in mind that - while fun - iron sights generally aren't reliable for competitive play and I highly discourage their use in ranked.
