UPDATE: Kega Fusion is pretty old at this point and the last update I know of was in 2011. It is very low impact and requires very few resources in its favor . However, Retroarch and Bizhawk are what I would recommend instead at this point if you are having issues.

In the Windows 7 x64 version of the Kega Fusion emulator the controller could not be completely defined. This would result in games becoming unplayable. You can solve this issue by modifying the Kega Fusion emulator .ini file with information in Windows about the game controller buttons.
