If, all at once and all of a sudden in your Toyota Echo, you lose dashboard functionality of your fuel gauge (gas gauge), your spedometer, your odometer, all of your warning lights (dummy lights), as well as functionality of your turn signals (flashers) and your automatic transmission lever no longer exits Park (P) unless you use the emergency release button, then MINIMALLY you have blown a fuse within the fuse compartment found within the cabin's dash and to the lower left of the steering column. This generally happens when your alternator has died, in which case, hurry to a garage or mechanic to have it replaced as soon as possible, as one can not drive for a long period of time (especially not in the evening or at night when headlights are needed) using stored battery power only.
