Part 70 of my interactive 100% playthrough of AI: The Somnium Files on PC.

Iris is about to die from some random brain failure! With not enough time to go to anywhere useful, we chose to dive into the dying idol's dreams instead, using the prototype psync machine that happened to be onsite. The goal of this whole exercise is to pull off another miracle and change the current timeline to hopefully one where the idol is alive and well, similar to what we experienced a few days ago during So Sejima's somnium. While that logic is very questionable and not guaranteed to work, it's the best we can do at the moment, and so we're back for another session of ShovelForge, trying to figure out a way to cure the young girl in the world of somnium...

Just like last times, interactions with the other, non-essential objects are shown after the main part of the somnium. While this dream contains a great amount of interactable objects due to the puzzle within, most of them share the same dialogues. As a rule of thumb, if the objects look similar, or if the circumstances related to the choice you're going for are similar, then they will use the same lines. To make the extras feel less bloated with repeated content, I decided this time around to only showcase the different dialogue options instead of each object as it's usually done. This change will affect the various pedestals found throughout the somnium, as well as both versions of the guardian dogs. You can rest assured that the few objects not shown share their lines with those seen in the video. On another note, each version of the guardian dogs share a string of four descriptions when you inspect them, and that string will keep going even if you change your target and decide to examine the other dog.

Finally, the dialogue for inspecting the chozuya near the beginning of the somnium will be different if you already found THIS MAN in "Psyncin' In The MaiN: 1". These special lines are of course shown in the extras as well, and triggering them will also net you "The Dream Wanderer" achievement.
