Part 2 - Hero Side story playthroughs.
01:12~06:35 - Stage 08: Aquatic Mine (Knuckles)
As where I last stopped from the first part of Hero side story mode, I'm currently playing Knuckles again at the next area, the Aquatic Mine zone. Not just finding three emerald shards on air, grounds, even underground by digging, some of them might had to be found underwater this time. There's a current power-up item for Knuckles to be able to breathe underwater freely, but that won't be til later in the game.
07:50~11:20 - Stage 09: Route 101 (Tails)
For this stage, you'll be controlling Tails in his transformed Tornado, driving through an opened freeway to reach the President's limo. The controls is kinda different, like you hold down the A button to accelerate forward, while pressing B to brake. To do a drift turn, you had to let go the A button, then press again while tilting either left or right.
13:37~22:09 - Stage 10: Hidden Base (Tails)
Once again, you're playing Tails again for this next action, the Hidden Base zone. For this stage, you need to be extra careful where you moving or landing on, cause there's quicksand all over the entire stage. Once you fall in, there's no going back out and you'll lose a life... Since you have the Booster item to hover in mid-air slowly, this can help you watch your landing spot carefully.
22:10~27:15 - Stage 11: Pyramid Cave (Sonic)
Now Sonic entered the scene once again for this next area, Pyramid Cave. At the start of this stage, you'll be dashing through a long hallway with hoops in mid-air. Those aren't much for this scene, but if you want to earn some additional score, you just jump through some hoops while running fast enough. Around (23:14), there's another power-up item called a "Bounce Bracelet", which allow you to be able to use a bounce move by jumping then press B.
27:48~36:25 - Stage 12: Death Chamber (Knuckles)
Knuckles return to the scene again for the Death Chamber stage. Instead of finding three emerald shards, now you must find three hidden keys across the entire stage. To each corners, there's are steel boxes blocking the paths, so after flipping over the hourglass and opened the door in front of you, run right through before its close, then break those wooden boxes to the right to pick another power-up item for Knuckles; the "Hammer Gloves". Now you got a new gloves, now you can break those iron steel crates along the ways.
36:27~40:28 - Boss Battle: King Boom Boo (Knuckles)
Knuckles is still in the scene, but now he's about to have a boss fight of his own, a huge ghost behind him. At start, you'll be force to keep running away from the big ghost chasing after you, whenever he either trying to eat you or threw blue flame at you. Just keep going and going until he stop. Once the ghost stop already, it'll breathe out a blue fire breathe and won't move for a while, so try to run to opposite side around and attack the small ghost with a hourglass to open the ceiling hatches to shine some lights in the room.
When you've lit the whole room, the big ghost began to panic and hide beneath the grounds or the wall away from the light. So that's when you must dug it out, then attack with a running punch or a glide when close enough. Be faster or else the ceiling will close again and he'll reappear, looking furious, even when you hit it, he'll won't take another hit until he reappears too.
41:22~42:55 - Boss Battle: Egg Golem (Sonic)
Believes it or not, you get a second boss fight at the same time, but now Sonic takes the spotlight for this next one. This Egg Golem will either fist pound you one after another where you're last standing one, or place both hands on each sides then slowly rotate around in circle, then hold still for a short while. Try to dodge them and behind the golem and climb it back quickly to the top of its head to bash that strange device. While trying to climb the Golem back, each of it back will slowly closing up shorter and you'll fall down to the huge pit of sands. Luckily, you can jump off by jumping repeatly and find a hook to climb back up to the top again.
Once its getting almost completely finish, it's may put both fists around you, then perform a headbutt above you. You could either spindash outta the way or even use bounce to bounce up higher over and reach the back again to dealt more damages.
