7Team Dark has now boarded Eggman's Egg Fleet. Together, Shadow was ready to prove himself as the Ultimate Lifeform: Shadow the Hedgehog, whether he's a robot or not, Omega was ready to take revenge on his creator once and for all, and Rouge was getting ever so closer to find the doctor's true grand treasure!

Team Dark length for this stage is almost exactly the same as it is for Team Sonic.
It's just that the biggest difference is at the very end. Only Team Sonic gets to blow up the second blue swordfish ship and fly straight towards the Final Fortress. Meanwhile, Team Dark has to destroy some enemies guarding the stage's Goal Ring before they can finish. Despite this, their intro in Final Fortress still has them flying in.
