Note: This playthrough is called "noob" not because all I have played in my life was Fifa, Forza and Stardew Valley (good games in their genre BTW). I am simply not that familiar with all the souls games - I either do not own them or have not finished them entirely. I am not able to fight a boss with a dance dance revolution mat. I am just here to admire the beauty of this game and inhale the ambiguous story. If the game gives you a bow, I'll probably use it when in need. If the game has an open world and a leveling system, I'll might grind a bit from time to time.

In this part, I try my best to finally kill Godefroy the Grafted. I'm not particularly proud of myself for cheesing this fight with a bow, but this sun of a beach has so many ridiculous attacks with insane range and timing, leaving a very small time frame to deal any blows. I find the map of Leyndel and... the maps gets bigger again. This game has so much content, I'm simply terrified xD Basically, this whole area is a neverending barrage of tough enemies and fights. You can't let your guard down even for a minute. BTW Dominula, the Windmill Village and its boss, Godskin Apostle, were a very unexpected discovery yet very cool experience. I simply loved this place!
