104RoverDude's Sounding Rockets is a top mod for KSP. It's a lot of fun and let's you explore the early tech tree in career mode games in a fun way (despite my failures in the video!). You can't complete the early altitude contracts with them (they require Kerbals to be in the rockets) but they are a cheap way to gather science and they look quite nice. A quick note: FAR mod users will find these rockets fly very high and very far. This is actually more realistic than the way default KSP works. Sounding rockets are thin, packed full of rocket fuel, and very low mass - all recipes for great performance!
Never heard of KSP? Where have you been?! In Kerbal Space Program, you must build space-worthy craft, capable of flying your crew out into space, without killing them. At your disposal is a collection of parts, which must be assembled to create a functional ship. Each part has its own function and will affect the way a ship flies (or doesn't). So strap yourself in, and get ready to try some Rocket Science!
