Space Moth Lunar Edition ver. 1.50 (PC) - 1CC Space Moth - ALL clear
1st clear on the PC port of Space Moth Lunar Edition!
This game quite gave me a panic attack at the end.
BTW, my previous record is from a practice run.
Space Moth Lunar Edition is a shmup by 1CC Games, which is a remake of Space Moth DX.
The game is basically a parody of Mushihimesama and DoDonPachi.
You have the main shot and laser.
Attacking enemies with the main shot will increase the bullet neutralizer circle, and when the circle flashes rainbow, it means it`s at MAX. Using the bullet neutralizer circle will turn bullets into gold skulls. Collecting gold skulls will increase the multiplier, and when the multiplier reaches x24.00, big orange skulls will appear when canceling bullets with the bullet neutralizer circle.
If bombs are used, red skulls will appear and will decrease the multiplier.
Another function that the main shot has is that when attacking large enemies long enough, it will drain their soul and when you kill it with the laser, you will get extra points. Keep in mind that when drainin large enemy souls, they will become more agressive.
Collecting items, bombs and 1UPs will also increase the bullet neutralizer circle.
The Stage 5 Boss is a forced time-out boss, in which you must survive until timer runs out. Bombs come in handy during this part. It kinda reminds me of the Stone-like from Radiant Silvergun and Ubusugami Oukinokai from Ikaruga, which are forced time-out bosses.
The game is quite hard, but it`s well made.
