Probably the most iconic unofficial conversions done well in the days before licensed arcade. Space Pilot developed by Kingsoft as many know is a port of Time Pilot by Konami for the C64. It is 99% as good as if it had been licensed, the graphics, the boom when you have traveled through time, the playability, the features, the gameplay style are all there. It does slow down when you get a whole fleet and then some on the screen but come on this game made many of us happy in the early days of the C64. I had this game and played it to death as a kid, a superb game and it saved me a lot of 10p coins at the arcade! So here it is in 4k. Bit of a weird one to do because my install of VICE was recording videos with a lot of noise regardless of my usual high value for video bitrate so I had to record it with Camtasia, not ideal but I think worth doing.

Where is the 3D version for the PS4? lol
