@ClevelandAreaBodyCamera North Royalton, Ohio -- An officer with the NRPD stopped a vehicle for speeding. When speaking with the driver they determined the driver to possibly be impaired,.
Officers asked the woman to exit the vehicle and she initially refused, claiming that her 1st and 4th amendment rights were violated. She was then escorted out of the vehicle and arrested for obstruction.
