Speedy Lightfeet is a new magic item that was included in Patch 7 for Baldur's Gate 3. It gives the user lightning charges when they use dash, which gives a +1 bonus to attack and also +1 lightning damage. Once you have 5 charges the next attack does an extra 1d8 lightning damage and 5 lightning charges are consumed.

This new item it perfect for thieves or anyone else with an extra bonus action to use for dash. It's available from the basement of the windmill which has Barcus strapped to it.
