Tavica is a Dexterity Barbarian and in this Baldur's Gate 3 Build video I go through steps describing the choices needed to create her. Unfortunately there aren't many good finesse weapons early in the game and rage doesn't work with her dexterity based attacks. Her damage output is not as good as other barbarians but she is still viable and something different to most other barbarian builds.
