Terraria has biome chests hidden in dungeon: It cannot be opened with bare hands however, it needs a key. What kind of key, you might ask. Well, it does require what's known as biome key. Biome chest requires biome key, as you expect. Biome chest yields somewhat powerful weapon post-plantera, but say, there is only one biome chest for each key to open in a single world... Meaning, you'll have to create a new world to get more of them... Luckily, modding community have found a permanent solution to that.
