26:55 Yes he did... Richard had set aside the Oxen to build a wall

27:45 - The reservoir water only comes in on the "Water In" step, so it shouldn't have been lost during "Water Out."

28:30 - You can't fertilize grown paddies, only planted ones.

31:05 - You can't leave a paddy partially filled with water at the end of a round.

32:19 - Each player may only claim one achievement per turn regardless of whether they can qualify for more.
