So this is the 3rd of the 4 Thangs I needed to find, right? My Agent 8 is almost done with her quest!

Again, a blender piece... Seems like no one else knows it, though, but this "Thang" looks like the lid of a blender. The other two Thangs are its bottom and the blending blades. All that's left is a container to bring it all together...

After showing the Telephone the Third Thang, Agent 8 has a talk with Cuttlefish. He's still wondering what happened to his original partner, Agent 3 (your heroic Inkling from the first game).

Using his surprisingly-good artistic skills, Cuttlefish will draw a "Missing" poster of Agent 3. The thing is, you get to customize what Agent 3 looks like as Cuttlefish asks you for details on the missing Inkling. You can assign Agent 3's gender, skin tone, and eye color, but nothing else besides that, because the newer things you can do in Splatoon 2 now (like being able to change your Inklings' hairstyle, what kind of pants they wear, and using more eye colors than the options Cuttlefish gives you) did not exist in Splatoon 1.

I decided to stay consistent with what I remember from playing Hero Mode in Splatoon 1 (that I have yet to make a playthrough of, here), and make Agent 3 a fair-skinned, blue-eyed female. She should be showing up any time from this point on...
