The 12 American Splatfest asks what would you rather build? A Snowman? Or a sandcastle?

Honestly, I didn't think this one through too well. I do prefer snowmen over sandcastles, but I didn't look at this Splatfest theme on a greater scale of what it's asking.

What it's really asking is this: Since Spring is coming (or at this point, already), would you rather it stay Winter, or are you excited for Summer later on? In a way, this feel like a more subdued version of the "Past vs. Future" Splatfest from before. This one even uses the same colors!

I definitely prefer Summer over Winter, but like I said, I didn't think this through. So I just decided to roll with the punches and do as good as I can to support Callie's Team Winter.

I swear, none of my thoughts on this has anything to do with Callie's mid-2010s slang that Marie doesn't approve of, even though I honesty don't like such slang like "bae" or "fam". I don't even like to use it ironically too much without cringing. Ugh...

In Match 1, I start out with the Custom Jet Squelcher. When that wasn't working for me, I quickly then chose to use the Octobrush Nouveau for the rest of this video.

I can't believe it took me so long before I could finally play a Turf War in Museum d' Alfonsino, here!
