When all 5 Crystals have been gathered from each Elemental chamber in the Warp Room, all of that chamber's levels gets sealed off by steam, but the boss level in the middle is now open. You can't go further through the game until you beat it.

For each boss, you have to fight Crunch while he's transformed based on the Elemental Mask he's working with to kill you. In this case, he teams up with Rok-Ko to become Earth Crunch... which is just him hiding in a giant rolling boulder of death.

Crunch: "Finally. I get to wrap my fingers around your puny orange neck."

With Crash in his Atlasphere, again, you have to tag all of the smaller rocks rolling around in the arena into blue ones. Crunch will stop you by canceling your blue rocks back to normal, and then tagging them again to turn them orange. You'll take a lot of damage if you hit Crunch, himself, and just a tiny bit when you're turning the orange rocks back to normal.

Turn all of the rocks blue, and Aku Aku will use his power to have those rocks become a meteor shower to rain on Crunch. You must do this 3 times, with the first time involving 2 rocks, the second round involving 3 rocks, and the third and final round involving 4.

After the third round, Crunch will be down and out, and Rok-Ko will permanently vanish, having been sealed up by your Crystals. Your reward is the power known as Tip Toe, or Sneak Shoes, as the game says.

Tip Toe is exactly what it says, it allows Crash to do just that. How you use is is when you find a line of non-bouncing Nitro crates, and simply Tip Toe over them. You have to do this until you reach the opposite end of these crates, as any other action, including standing still, will just make them blow up anyway.

Go back to the Warp Room to have another quick chat with Cortex and Crunch. Uka Uka and Cortex are upset that Crash failed to be grounded by Rok-Ko, but the next mask to take him on is Wa-Wa, the Water Elemental, who is said, alongside the other remaining Elementals, to be stronger than Rok-Ko. With Crunch ready to team up with Wa-Wa, it'll be "Sink or Swim" from this point on for our heroes.

Crunch: "Oooooooooooooo, I'm gonna rip you limb from limb."
