The mission is pretty consistent until the sniping part, I advise to hard save before saving Hisham (killing him is easy to get 100% on hard, don't hard save then, and quick-saves rarely don't get corrupted after finishing a mission), because this is what causes 1 body to be found by the guards that come investigate the scene and make players get 80% on hard on PC. I don't listen to the entire sniping exchange so I get to kill the guard in the position I believe hides his body from view via the foliage, it's either that or pure luck if the guards discover the body, I hopefully think it is the former.

Also you can't stop the execution when trying to get 100% on hard on PC, since knocking out enemies counts against you, and you definitely have to save the civilian stuck in the bus, since that counts as a civilian death against you otherwise.
