Who would have thought that we would be back in Spooky's scary mansion so quickly? After the main game came out, two DLC packs were released and today we archive the first one. Karamari Hospital is a short, but sweet follow-up to the main game. We are where we left off as we are in the save room 995 when suddenly we plummet to the bottom and enter a mysterious hospital.
The cool thing about this DLC is that its not just more rooms randomly generated, but now an actual designed layout of levels with hub areas and more to discover. Everything seems fine in the beginning as the bright hospital ambience is kind of pleasant. But we all know that it will not take long before spooky things start happening and we are met with new and terrifying enemies.
