Adds the test drive function to all skinpaint-based editors.

"Ever wondered why Test Drive isn't available in the Cell and Early Creature creators?
Well, that's no longer a problem because after a bit of SPUI editing, I've managed to add Test Drive to all skinpaint-based editors!
(mineral based editors such as the building editor and the vehicle editor literally just refuse to go into Test Drive.)"
