You can purchase Spring Rabbit's Foot it from a Noblegarden vendor for 100 Noblegarden Chocolate
You can buy Spring Rabbit or Spring Rabbit's Foot on the AH.
You can borrow a caged Spring Rabbit from a friend

Alliance starting areas: Azure Watch on Azuremyst Isle, Dolanaar in Teldrassil, Goldshire outside Stormwind City, and Kharanos in Dun Morogh.

Horde starting areas: Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore, Brill in Tirisfal Glades, Falconwing Square in Eversong Woods, and Razor Hill in Durotar

Add the rabbit to your pet collection and summon then find a player with a Spring Rabbit in each of the four faction starting areas. After the rabbits interact, magic occurs! Repeat this at every area to finish.
