Almost perfect!

EDIT: Already fixed, just needed to change an option in "Title Config - DECKARD VERSTR = Europe". Runs flawlessly, though in PAL 50Hz initially. For 60Hz, just leave "video mode" at "NTSC" in the crack's config.
