Subspace Emissary - The Great Maze (Part 10: Final)

This is the first time I went into this room. As a result, all but one of the trophies in front of the door disappeared. The last remaining one is DK... and guess where his door is?

Hmm... similar to Gannondwarf, DK takes quite a beating with little dish out on damage. He hardly attacks because he was too busy recovering from my own! Too bad I didn't get an early KO but he went down with no trouble really.

This leads you back out to the jungle area, close to the second crystal. Well everything's done so I head right back where I came. DK's Trophy disappears and the big door starts to open. I pause to see the whole map has been covered. Its time to confront Tabuu

We see Tabuu laying in wait, just anxious to Off-wave everybody AGAIN when Sonic blasts his wings to oblivion (No introduction pause for Sonic due to time constraints, so I use a similar font). Tabuu looks pissed.

In this Character Select screen, janosiadam proposed I should do something funny. Choose your characters, then everybody shouts out at the same time. I made it funny by having Wario over-laugh the silly thing and Mario gives him a smack to calm him down. Man I should have used Mario...

Sonic is a GOOD character to fight against Tabuu because of his speed. In between attacks, Tabuu teleports around, but Sonic can quickly move to that spot and deal damage. So with that said, here are my character choices:

1. Sonic
2. Kirby
3. Peach
4. Pikachu
5. Pit
6. Lucas (or Backup)


Music used: OC Remix: Kick Your A (Beatmania 2DX 7th Style). I almost couldn't believe there was a remix of this song, let alone Overclocked! I felt that this song fit the battle rather well. Okay maybe not the fast part too much but it's all good. As for the fight with Tabuu... well I'd say it was lower than average. I dodged every single Off-Wave attack, but I got hit by the exploding teleport nearly every time. Actually that's probably the reason why I got KO'ed so much. Each character can roughly take about three attacks by Tabuu to KO on Intense. Poor Pikachu suffers a horrible KO as he absorbs a direct hit from that exploding ball after that phalanx attack. That was purely my fault. Pit comes in here and finishes this up.

And.... not even a SINGLE stand dropped during this whole fight. Trophy Stand Drop +30 on 3 characters does NOTHING! Oh well, I'll get his trophy later...


Final Stage Cleared! And holy crap that's a lot of Smash Coins! 444203 Points but only 2 stickers... oookay it should be like almost 100 or so + a ton of trophies but I guess every time you go to a save point in saves and adds it to your inventory.

I wanted to do something with the ending, also shortening it. So I tried my hand at font-matching and placed titles specifically made to match the Main theme lyrics. I use some other translations for the English lines, but mainly the Nintendo version.

The credits were 75% typed out into Notepad for me, so I made use of those to replace most of the scrolling credits (almost unreadable because of the Widescreen boxing). I would have kept doing them... was there enough time. So I got lazy and pasted back everything after the Havok™ logo at 2x speed. Yeeeeah looks kind of weird but it can be read.

That's the end of the Adventure Mode. Now I need to save the clear data, but doing this Im saving it into a different slot because I want to be sure before I dont overwrite the entire playthough on #3 just yet. If you have gotten EVERYTHING up to the end of SSE, you SHOULD have 97%. I missed a few things in the Subspace Bomb Factory so that's why I have 96%. Those will be collected along with the remaining things to do in the next video. Yep factory + all 3
