0just had a run die to it, so i gave it a closer look and ended up with this

you wait in the middle on the right wall until the first enemy comes out, then stream at this specific speed, then you stream clockwise like this until you reach the middle of the left wall (or close), and restream as soon as a new enemy spawns
on the first spam there'll be some vertical bullets while you restream, but they won't hit you so it's fine
the final spam chain's starting moment is rng, so be ready
on the penultimate spam there might be double spawns, but they don't seem to do anything to the strat
the final spam smoothly transitions into guys in mechas that throw fists, and those do break the strat so you still bomb
