Stan Lee Files $1B Lawsuit Against POW! for Conspiring to Steal His Identity
719THR is reporting that Stan Lee is suing POW! Entertainment, the company he co-founded, for a reported $1 billion dollars. The article goes in depth about who is involved in the lawsuit and the reasons for Lee’s issues with the contracts he is claimed to have signed. The article also goes on to say that Lee’s lawyer is claiming that he was conned into signing over his likeness and his name rights. Lee is also claiming that POW! took over his social media accounts and that they have been impersonating him which he addressed in a Twitter post. Lee is seeking an injunction in order to declare the agreement invalid and unenforceable.
