So today I review one THE LARGEST funded games in the history of crowdfunding, Star Citizen the space simulator, in a long line of space simulators by the same creator. Games that fell into development hell and had to have their publishers force the game to be released prematurely. Now, without any publisher to tell him that he has to release it, he can take his time and perfect his vision, for better or worse.

Someone called this "Game of the Decade" which I'm saying right now is an outright lie born of bias and fanboyism. Witcher 3 is game of the decade. Star Citizen won't even be A GAME for another decade most likely, perhaps it will be THE game of it's decade, but we don't know what decade that is yet.

I really look forward to seeing what amazing form this game will take in the future, the newest update looks like it's going to be freaking amazing and I can hardly wait!

Another Shout out to the website: Test.gg aka "Test Squadron", a neat although extremely biased group of folks who LOVE Star Citizen to death. If you are looking for a community of dedicated individuals to enrich your game experience and create a feeling of community, those are the people to go to. I'd call them fanboys of the highest order, but I think for most people, that isn't a problem.
