So after nearly breaking my thumb or possibly breaking something IN my left thumb yesterday ( 1st of April, appropriate day ), I promised I'd record a fresh set of these kind of videos again while I prepare some proper videos,

This is Star Trek: Shattered Universe.

I stumbled across this game when I was looking for interesting Star Trek games. This was one of many that I found and the premise alone of this one intrigued me, even if I weren't too interested in the idea of flying a fighter as opposed to the capital ships.

That being said...

This game is a lot of fun. It's really interesting and it feels like an honest TV Series spin-off / movie featuring Captain Sulu that we never got. It's like you can feel Takei's interest in this project in the way he delivers his lines. This was something he enjoyed. Or so I think at least!

It's a good game.

- And I love Excelsior variant with a hangar deck of fighters instead of shuttles. They should add this to Star Trek Online.
