Starfield: Fix Xbox/PS5 Controller Not Working,Fix Controller Not Working in Starfield
Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Disable Steam Input
Step 3) Disable/Enable Steam Controller Support
Step 4) Launch Steam in big picture mode and then launch the game.
Step 5) Make sure to disconnect other peripherals such as mouse/keyboard, additional joystick, controllers. Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, if you have any virtual controller (Vjoy etc.), disable/uninstall them.
Step 6) PS5 Controller users: Try using reWASD /DS4 Windows
Step 7) Turn Off Steam Overlay and close all the overlay apps
Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Use wired controller.
