Step 1) If you have installed the game on HDD or External SSD then Move/Install the game to Internal SSD
Step 2) Lip sync was good for me when the game was running in English Language
Step 3) Verify the game files
Step 4) Make sure right Audio is selected in Windows Sound Settings (PS5 controller users are facing this issue, somehow Windows audio is selecting controller as Audio output)
Step 5) Disable steam input, you might think this would not be the solution but somehow it worked for me
Still facing audio issue,
Step 6) Turn off Dynamic Resolution, FSR2, upscaling, motion blur, v sync, lock the FPS at 60 in Nvidia control panel and lower down graphics settings, still facing Audio issue please follow rest of the steps shown in this video
Step 1) Restart the game
Step 2) Check Volume Mixer
Step 3) Select the right audio device in Sound Settings
Step 4) Set Sound Sample rate to 48/44k Hz in sound control panel
Step 5) If you are playing with a controller, disconnect it when you start the game, connect the controller once the sound is established.
Step 6) Turn off Spatial Sound
Step 7) Disable Oculus/voicemeeter Audio Device under both recording and playback in sound control panel, do the same thing in device manager
Step 8) Uncheck Handsfree Telephony

Step 9) Disconnect external Microphone connected to the PC, you can also disable internal microphone in sound control panel
Step 10) Install Audio Driver
Step 11) Verify the game files
