Step 1) Run Windows Store Troubleshooter
Step 2) Reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App
Step 3) Turn On Allow downloads from other PC and check absolute bandwidth
Step 4) Turn off Allow downloads from other PC
Step 5) Run this command
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
Step 6) Use ethernet cable
Step 7) Disable your antivirus program or Windows security while downloading the game

Step 9) Turn off metered connection
