Starfield has been tested in one of the most demanding CPU and GPU locations, New Atlantis city. However, it is quite possible that there are more demanding places. R9 5900X - is the bottleneck in the city. But you can still get 60+ fps on high settings. Tried SAM: on and off. Didn't see the difference. "SAM: on" on video.
