While Todd Howard denies the obvious problems with Starfield optimization, we will try to get 60+ fps on RTX 3070 Ti without degrading image quality. Let me remind you that at the release I could not get 60+ fps even using FSR: https://youtu.be/CD6g4tit37E?t=328
To improve performance, we will do the following:
1) Enable Resizable BAR (ReBAR). To do this, you first need to enable it in Bios, then install nvidia profile inspector and configure it for Starfield: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1696
2) Install DLSS. I use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/761?tab=description P.S: 67% in options = DLSS: Quality
3) (For AMD CPUs) Disable SMT in BIOS. At least this works for 5900x and 5800x3d: https://youtu.be/vAwOY3OyEhM This should also work for 7900x and 7800x3d. For the remaining CPUs I don't have exact data yet.
