Starless Demo - Fix Your Spaceship While Sneaking Past Aliens in this Survival Horror Game
37A demo playthrough of Starless, where you play as colonists awakened to fix the failing life support on your ship. Since nothing is ever that simple there's a variety of alien monsters lurking about just ready to cut you to pieces. On the plus side, while in suspended animation you get to watch your fellow colonists try to sneak around and get brutally murdered. On the down side, it means you're up to speed when you wake up to go into that delightful dark room to be eaten by grues.
The concept's a good bit of fun. Items can make life simpler (or the broken teleporter can teleport you right next to an alien like it does me). Three shots of the pistol will permanently kill an alien, although you usually need a long corridor to kill one without dying (and gunshots will alert other aliens if more than one is around). After reaching the end I doubled back to find almost everything (except a single cache that eluded me, probably in a dark room). The dark room segments do a great job of making it tense even with the tracers to get a ping where the aliens are.
