Review:
Rune could choose my first game, so he chose Dark Souls... Which is not a game on my list. On second thought, he gave me the game Bit.Trip Runner. I had already finished the second game in the series and assumed it would be like that. Very quickly I discovered that this game did not have any checkpoints, and that some aspects of the game were way more based on timing than just general reflex. After playing a 5 minute long level in world 1-11 I was already quite discouraged to go on, but Haughington's reassuring words: "World 2 will be a breeze compared to these final levels" made me continue. Then I finished zone 2 and half of zone 3 in just 3 hours, so he spoke the truth. Bam! Level 3-9, killing me over and over again - 40 minutes. 3-10? 50 minutes... 3-11? Over 2.5 hours. It was then that I lost all hope at ever completing this game. First game I gave up at so close to the end :( Other than the stupid difficulty, it's a nice game like runner 2.
