Welcome back to Naysmith Gaming and to Stellaris!

I'm returning to the Mirovandia Aquatic Tree of Life empire. To try and expand (and to make sure I don't get attacked again), I begin hostilities with one of my neighbors, to learn to my surprise that they have a defensive pact with another neighbor.

Unfortunately for them, I was doing this after my friend attacked them. So it was more of a 2v2 than a pair of 2v1s. Was I being paranoid about future attacks, or just securing my future safety?

Then, we formed a Galactic Community. Will we be able to get things done, will it end up being a waste of time, or will it end up being abused? Will its decrees have teeth, or will it just be ineffective-but-benign?
