0Let's Play Stellaris, with the Commonwealth of Man
Now I've got a better handle on the game mechanics I'm eager to learn about the 3rd mode of FTL in the game, wormhole travel. But also laser weapons, which were critical in the losses of several fleets in the previous season. The main tactic I'll be employing this time will be total extermination of aliens throughout the galaxy, Vassels were effective, but provided little direct benefit. I am interested to see the size and complexity an empire can grow to before it tears itself apart through civil war!
From the developers of such amazing titles as Victoria, Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, Sword of the Stars, and even Magicka. Stellaris uses many aspects of previous titles to create an in depth game of diplomacy and empire managment. While not as complex as the likes of Crusader Kings, it is far easier to pick up, and has the futuristic space battle aesthetic which I always enjoy.
