Sticking to My Guns (Part 1) | Sealed League Week 3 (Enemies at the Gates) | Eternal Card Game
So, we're now in week 3 of the Enemies at the Gates sealed league for this chapter. I didn't pull any notable cards to help my Combrei deck splashing Fire. However, I did have a bunch more Fire cards in my pack. After looking at my card pool and not being satisfied with my current deck, I decided to scrap the whole thing and build a brand new one. I ended up with FJS Gunslingers and was pretty pleased with the results. Also, I get to play a more aggressive deck, which is something I'm more comfortable with, especially in a limited format like this. "Sticking to my guns" if you will (saw what I did there?). I've finally split up the gameplay so you all won't have to watch a video over an hour long just to see how I did. This is part 1.
For those new, Sealed is a month long format that will also reveal more and more of the lore in Eternal with each new league. Seasons are now called "chapters" to reflect this. And, yes, for those of you that played Sealed in Magic: The Gathering, it works pretty much the same way in Eternal. You are initially given 8 packs (4 Dusk Road, 2 Omens of the Past, 2 Empty Throne) and must build a 45 card deck with the cards you open.
