A first look at the new hockey game "Stone Cold Hockey" from Stone Mountain Press. This includes a playthrough of the 1st period of a game between the 1983-84 Edmonton Oilers and New York Islanders.

Stone Cold Hockey is a reasonably quick-playing game that is not designed to be a fully detailed game but which does give detail on the big plays of the game - you'll get the big saves, the hits, the goals, maybe some fights, etc.

It also features a fictional league mode that includes career progression. That will be the subject of a future video - this entry focuses on the gameplay itself.
