Spruance Leader - Base Game Playthrough Part 2
43This is the second entry in a short series of playthroughs of an 'Easy' campaign in "Spruance Leader" from Dan Verssen Games.
This video continues play of an encounter with a Soviet wolfpack of four submarines in the 'North Atlantic Skirmishes' campaign; this covers the remaining turns of that first mission of the campaign.'
Note that I made a key mistake in part 1 relating to the order of operations with target selection and ordinance purchase. That comes home to roost here in part 2. Learning experience!
Spruance Leader is the first foray for this venerable series into the naval realm and serves up some interesting "Cold War gone hot" gameplay. It has all the hallmarks of the Leader series with some special twists for its nautical theme.
