For the quickclip, after breaking the health kit box, look a bit to the left while walking backwards. Around 450-550 move your mouse enough to the right so you clip to the yellow hallway instead. - If you fall down to the blue hallway, you turned too early (or looked too much to the right in the first place)

For the supply box quickclip, it's best to start the sequence with toggle duck, since you need to do the clip standing. drop the box quite early before the wall, and after you hit the box, hold +strafe and move your mouse forwards the whole time until you clip.
