Yes, I am going to call this strat Blue Crowbar, no joke. - TO NOTE: Later on I discovered that it is actually super hard to be fast enough for the helicopter to not block you. If you start slowing down too much, you can also be too slow. I have come to realize that the helicopter's animation of going up and down is enough to move the hitbox out of the way and vice versa. It is more consistent to stop after the shark instead of getting up, look at the helicopter's animation and start another hopping sequence when it is about to go up again.

What:
1 - 2 crouches on the right platform
2 - turn left and do a standing hop on rubble, it has to be high enough
3 - Fourth hop on the left platform (Edit: It's easier to just do the third hop in the shallow water and start sharking straight away)
4 - Shark towards the rubble on the right and you will get shot up
5 - Do the forward version of the chili launch, delayed hops might be required
