Street Fighter EX [ARCADE, 1996]: Arcade Playthrough with Chun-Li
Played on MAME 0.264
Well, while I'm on this nostalgia trip, might as well dig in some more and go back one deeper. Everyone knows about ARIKA's Street Fighter EX series, and many were introduced to it via the PS1 game, Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha (SFEX+a). Just like SFEX2Plus, the updated rerelease was the one everyone bought up back in the day, but there were actually two versions of the game before-hand, SFEXPlus... and this game, the very first one, SFEX. Unlike SFEX2 and it's Plus variant, SFEX1 didn't really change too much through it's iterations, and mainly just added more characters or alternate versions of characters as it went along. So ultimately that means that it's pretty primitive for today's instances, but hey, many a hour was burned on this game in some way shape and form, so I'll give it that.
